About ASGOG

Here at ASGOG, we’re passionate about the countryside and the environment — from land management and urban forestry to
woodland maintenance, habitat restoration and conservation.

ASGOG was founded in the forests of Scotland’s west coast. Our name derives from the Old Norse áss (ash tree) and gǫgr (bay or inlet) — meaning “ash-tree bay.”

We operate our own machinery and specialist equipment, combining practical experience with a considered approach to every project. Our focus is on delivering safe, efficient work while respecting the environments in which we operate.

Our clients range from homeowners, private estates, woodland managers, local authorities and public-sector organisations. Each has different requirements,

but all receive the same commitment to quality and care.
